Jump Start is our new series of seasonal ‘design and build’ projects for newcomers. Jump Start is designed to provide you with a practical introduction to the design and realisation of a variety of simple but useful electronic circuits. The series will has a seasonal flavour and is based on simple projects that will appeal to newcomers to electronics as well as those following formal courses taught in schools and colleges.
Each part uses the popular and powerful Circuit Wizard package as a design, simulation and printed circuit board layout tool. For a full introduction to Circuit Wizard readers should look at our previous Teach-In 2011 series.
Note: the Circuit Wizard files below have been tested on Circuit Wizard 1.5 Education and Standard edition. The Authors and publishers cannot guarantee the operability of any file in all software variants.
